What is your return/exchange policy?

Each item is handpicked just for you - and often one-of-a-kind - which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or very different from what was described, reach out promptly and we’ll do our best to make it right. You can find the full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. If you don’t see an email within a few days of purchase, check your spam folder or send us a note.

Will I need to sign for my order?

No signature is required at delivery. All orders ship via USPS, and your tracking info will keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. We're currently shipping within the U.S. only - but expanding our reach is on the horizon.

How does the bundling process work?

You’ll fill out a quick style + sizing survey after checkout. Then, we get to work curating a bundle just for you — based on your preferences, needs, and budget. Each bundle is thoughtfully sourced and totally unique.

Are secondhand items cleaned before shipping?
Yes! All secondhand pieces are freshly cleaned, inspected, and carefully packed before they’re sent your way. If an item is vintage or preloved, we’ll always note any minor imperfections in the product description.



Do you accept custom or local requests?

If you’re local or have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out! While most orders go through the site, we occasionally take on custom or in-person projects depending on availability. Just send an email to brittany@tributetomycloset.com and we’ll see if it’s a fit.
